Pula Puti Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Pula Puti ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Pula Puti platform ("you", "the Player"). Pula Puti operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Philippine market under a PAGCOR licence.

By completing the registration process and creating a Pula Puti account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Pula Puti including online slots, card games, live dealer casino, sports betting on PBA, NBA, MMA and other markets, and all associated promotions and bonuses.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Pula Puti.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a Pula Puti account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pula Puti does not permit access by minors. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Pula Puti account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Pula Puti reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or similar), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification or where verification documents cannot be provided may be restricted or closed.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Pula Puti account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available — this is strongly recommended.
• Notify Pula Puti immediately at support@pulaputi.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Pula Puti is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was caused by your failure to maintain proper account security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether or not actually performed by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported an account security breach to Pula Puti.

5. Deposits

Pula Puti accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfer, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The minimum deposit amount at Pula Puti is ₱50. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. All deposits are credited to your Pula Puti account balance in Philippine Peso.

Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Pula Puti does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• Pula Puti complies with anti-money laundering obligations and may request the source of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposits made by credit card are for gaming purposes only. Pula Puti does not accept deposits made with funds that were borrowed for the purpose of gaming.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Pula Puti account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Pula Puti may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Pula Puti is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts and payment methods belonging to and verified in your own name.
• Pula Puti reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance checks under PAGCOR regulations.
• Any withdrawal request found to be connected to bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or other prohibited activities may be denied and the associated account closed.
• Pula Puti does not charge a standard fee on withdrawals. Individual payment providers may charge their own transaction fees.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Pula Puti offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is presented.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" requirements). The specific wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Pula Puti reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other deceptive practices.
• Pula Puti may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts are subject to the terms in force at the time they were issued.

8. Casino Games

Pula Puti's casino game library includes online slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker variants, Sic Bo, dragon tiger, bingo, and other titles from certified game providers. All games on the Pula Puti platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical outcomes across all play and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions. Online gaming involves risk — no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.

Casino Game Conditions

• Pula Puti reserves the right to void game results where a technical fault, error, or software malfunction has materially affected the outcome.
• If a player disconnects during a live game, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's normal completion — Pula Puti is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection or device failure.
• Pula Puti may impose minimum and maximum bet limits on specific games. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to interact with Pula Puti's casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

9. Sports Betting Rules

Pula Puti offers sports betting markets on PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), NBA, UFC, ONE Championship, Bellator, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to these general terms and to specific rules for each sport and market type published in the Pula Puti betting lobby.

General Betting Conditions

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation — the final odds shown on your bet slip confirmation are binding.
• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body (PBA, NBA, UFC, ONE Championship, etc.).
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled, bets may be voided or carried over depending on the specific sport rules published on the platform.
• If an event is cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets on that event are refunded to your Pula Puti account balance.
• Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the operator's discretion and are subject to latency — by placing a live bet you accept that a short delay may exist between events occurring and odds being updated.
• Pula Puti reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a pricing error. Players will be notified and their stake refunded in such cases.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Pula Puti and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing or transferring funds derived from illegal activities — including money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with any part of the Pula Puti platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not withdrawable and will be removed from your account.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Systematically withdrawing bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other practice designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Accessing Pula Puti from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Pula Puti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been violated or if required by PAGCOR or any applicable law.

When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Pula Puti may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited. If no violation is confirmed, funds will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Pula Puti content without explicit written permission. The Pula Puti name, logo, and associated branding are registered trademarks and may not be used in any unauthorised manner.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Pula Puti's total liability to you in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pula Puti is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or power outages on your end.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from events outside Pula Puti's reasonable control, including regulatory changes, natural disasters, or third-party system failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Pula Puti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Pula Puti will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: platform notification, email to the registered address, or a notice displayed on the Pula Puti website.

Continued use of the Pula Puti platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to Pula Puti's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through Pula Puti's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as appropriate under Philippine gaming regulations. By accepting these Terms, you agree to exhaust the internal and PAGCOR dispute resolution processes before pursuing any other legal remedy.
